TERMS AND CONDITION
- Upon arriving please present your Booking ID and your valid ID to the reception officer.
- Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM
- Standard check out time is at 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability of the room/s booked. The charges for the available rooms will be subject to what rate the hotel will impose.
- For an hour extension, a P 200.00 shall be applied thereafter depending on room availability. Please inform the reception officer ahead of time.
- The children below 7 years old are free of charge.
- Rates are inclusive of 12% VAT.
- For Special bookings/Group reservations, payments can be settled either through bank transfer or online payment on or before the option dates given by the reservation officer. Fail to settle the required down payment, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled.
- The resort will not be liable for the loss of valuables. Safety deposit vault is available at the Front Office only.
- The guest will be liable for any damages or loss of property resulting from his/her negligence.
- For walk-in guest, last minute booking will be subject for availability of the room and payments shall be settled upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy:
- Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% charge. However, early cancellation request 11 days or earlier will incur a 50% penalty + transaction fees.
- If a confirmed reservation is cancelled through our affiliates ( Agoda.com , Asia Travel, Hotel beds, Traveloka, Time to Travel and etc.) the payment shall be forfeited/non-refundable.
- If the guest is a no show and guests do not arrive on the scheduled date, a “No Show Penalty” equivalent to the total number of nights reserved will be charged.
- Late arrival or early departure different from the booked schedule will be charged for the remaining nights.
- Late arrival based on the scheduled date of guests stay will not be entitled to a refund or an extended stay.
- For Re booking, Bans Beach allows you to either move your schedule to your preferred date for one time only but subject for availability. If new schedule falls under a Peak Season rate, you will have to pay for the additional adjustment fees accordingly. If it falls under a low season rate, no adjustments shall be made.
