TERMS AND CONDITION

  • Booking request/reservation must be check first for availability prior to guest confirmation
  • The agency is responsible to inform their guest on the hotel’s check-in/out policies, terms and condition
  • The agency must provide Booking Voucher to their guest before flying in to the destination.
  • The children below 7 years old are free of charge.  However, agencies must ensure the right number of adults and children otherwise, Ban’s shall charge them accordingly upon arrival.
  • Agency must send payments less of the commission {e2afbb6f7d15a06e28a7c1128decc0e85d4aede81c0f40bae824e82dcc7432ec} as agreed by both parties.
  • Rates are inclusive of 12{e2afbb6f7d15a06e28a7c1128decc0e85d4aede81c0f40bae824e82dcc7432ec} VAT.
  • For Special bookings/Group reservations, payments can be settled through bank transfer on or before the option dates given by the reservation officer.  Fail to settle the required down payment, the reservation shall be automatically cancelled. 
  • Notice from BIR, the commission expense will be subject to withholding tax at the rate of 10{e2afbb6f7d15a06e28a7c1128decc0e85d4aede81c0f40bae824e82dcc7432ec}(Creditable Withholding Tax) on gross commissions for residents or Local travel agents and 25{e2afbb6f7d15a06e28a7c1128decc0e85d4aede81c0f40bae824e82dcc7432ec} (Final Withholding Tax)on gross commissions for foreign non-resident travel agents.

Cancellation Policy/No Show Policy:

  • The agency’s customers reserves the right to cancel at any time but booking fees are non-refundable and shall be forfeited.
  • The agency may offer rebooking request only for the following conditions:
    • Due to EXTREME BAD WEATHER and caused inability to travel to the destination 1 day prior to the booking schedule
    • Based on hotel’s advisory due to other force majure condition.
  • If a confirmed reservation is cancelled through the agency (Agoda.com , Asia Travel, Hotel beds, Traveloka and etc.) the payment shall be forfeited/non-refundable.
  • If the guest is a no show and guests do not arrive on the scheduled date, a “No Show Penalty” equivalent to the total number of nights reserved will be charged.
  • Late arrival or early departure different from the booked schedule will be charged for the remaining nights.
  • Late arrival based on the scheduled date of guests stay will not be entitled to a refund or an extended stay.
  • For Rebooking, Bans Beach allows you to either move your schedule to your preferred date for one time only but subject for availability. If new schedule falls under a Peak Season rate, you will have to pay for the additional adjustment fees accordingly. If it falls under a low season rate,  no adjustments shall be made.
