Internet in Boracay
Most people who wanted to go to Boracay ask these questions:
– Is there an internet available in Boracay already?
-is there 4G or LTE connectivity in Boracay
-How is the internet in Boracay
The answer is: Yes
Made a speedtest and used the nearest location to ping from Boracay Island, see image below.
The download is about 20mbps download and 3.85 Upload via Smart 4G/LTE mobile hotspot. I was pretty much got suprised as well! Probably due to the recent ASEAN visit held in Boracay where telco needed to install and boost up their capacity last 2016.
